Inside Space
(booths and table space)

Come to The Virginia Bazaar office either on Thursday or Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to select your space and complete the rental paperwork. Our office will assist you with any questions you might have. Our indoor spaces vary in size, but do not include tables or display fixtures. Booth spaces include an electrical outlet and you will not be charged for normal usage. Our indoor booth spaces are fitted with "shades". You may secure your area for the weekend by simply rolling down the shade and locking it. We recommend that you come with at least 4 (and up to 8) padlocks all keyed the same for each space you rent. Then all you need to do is unlock your space the next morning and be ready to go!

The Virginia Bazaar is open for indoor vendor set up on Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 7:45 pm. Please be aware that all indoor spaces need to be set up by 9:00 am when the market opens. Move out is not permitted until after 5:00 pm when the market closes.

Outside Space

Gates open at 7:00 am for outside space rental. Come to the Vendor Registration building located outside the northeastern corner of the market prior to 9:00 am on the morning you wish to set up. You will be assigned a space and be asked to complete rental paperwork. Outdoor spaces are 10 ft. x 30 ft. and include one 6 ft. table which can not be moved. You are welcome to bring your own tables which must be kept within the rental space. No electricity is provided. Staking canopies or similar equipment into the pavement is not permitted. You are not required to remain until the market closes in our outdoor area. Please take all trash and debris with you when you leave.
