The Pain Of Kidney Stones…

Kidney Stones!!! Have to hate those two words together….So painful!

I am currently 37 year old. I started having kidney stone when I was 19. From 19 to 34 I was averaging 3+ kidney stones per year. Many of then passed naturally without any surgery, but I have had up to 7 surgeries to have them removed. Not only is the surgery painful it was very expensive too. Its much better to prevent them…

The hallmark of stones that obstruct the ureter or renal pelvis is excruciating, intermittent pain that radiates from the flank (Sides) to the groin or to the genital area and inner thigh. Kidney stones is commonly accompanied by urinary urgency, restlessness, hematuria, (Blood in the Urine) sweating, nausea, and vomiting. It typically comes in waves lasting 20 to 60 minutes caused by peristaltic contractions of the ureter as it attempts to expel the stone.

The Urologist let me look at one of the mine that he removed under his microscope. They look like a meteor. So many razor like edges. Thus the reason for the intense pain…

Since I was 19 I have tried many of the medications and other natural remedies. Everything I tried didn’t even slow down the stone formation. If you are having the same problem, I recommend seeing a Urologist. There are many test they can give you from the office. One test for example is the 24 hour urine catch. Bear in mind that you will have to CATCH all urine that you pass for the entire 24 hours and you have to keep it refrigerated. This will require you to visit the Doctors office the next day after the 24 hour catch is over. So you will have to keep that in mind and prepare for it. I did the 24 hour catch one time and It showed that I wasn’t forming enough uric acid. I was placed on a medication to help boost the Uric Acid. This slowed it down to 2 a year instead of 3+ I have found out that the issue was my diet. I was eating all the wrong foods and drinking tap water.

Yes almost all of the blue tube is inserted. Super painful!!!

After a few surgeries I started an in-depth research to see how to prevent the stone. I found the Miracle Cure!

The cure is water, but not any ordinary water or bottled water. The problem that I had was just like most Americans. We don’t drink enough water, but it needs to be Alkaline water. Which is done by reverse osmosis with a special system. Also the key is to drink 2 quarts of Alkaline water a day at a minimum. The reason is we loose 2 quarts of water per day on the average day.

Not only will the water prevent the kidney stones, there are many other things that will help with other health problems.

I recommend buying a Carbon water treatment system. This can be above or below the cabinet in your kitchen. eSpring has a great range of quality water filtration.
